this car is perfect 10/10..but is there a process to decrease the car speed??

open gtr/dlc.rpf go to data there you should see vehicles.meta. extract and open with notepad, find line contain "<audionamehash>" edit t20 with elegy2. save and replace the old meta with the one you just edit.
perfect mod 10/10..wasnt getting the sound in first time though..saw ur fix nd did what u said now its working like a charm..cheers
