I have the same exact problems. I can't target anyone or sometimes I am able to target them but can't attack. The brake lights are doing the opposite of what they should be doing. Instead of staying on when stopped and turning off when moving, they stay on when moving and turn off when stopped. Other than that, this mod does fix a lot of annoying stuff.
