I think it's just updating the ScriptHook in the source. But I don't have Visual Studio.

Nice, it's working.
For who wants to play LSPDFR or another mod that needs Rage Plugin Hook, I've the files of the old backup. It's simple, you just make a backup of your update.rpf, GTAV.exe, GTAVLauncher.exe, after that just put the new ones in the gtav folder, and I can play any mod. But I don't know if here is permitted to post links.
