@Mau , the problem may well be that you haven't copied the patchday folders into your mods folder. If (somehow) you can't manage to do this then your best bet is to use your main directory to place the YTD & YFT files. For me, this would be:
steamapps>common>Grand Theft Auto V>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday13ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
Then I would strongly suggest you to extract the original fbi2 and sheriff2 YTDs and YFTs to your desktop, and possibly make a folder to keep them safe. (If there aren't any fbi2 YFTs and YTDs is patchday13ng, go to Grand Theft Auto V>x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf and extract them from there) The reason I suggest for you to extract the original YTDs and YFTs is just in case you need to revert.

@hi2142, Do we have to install the vehicle .yft and _hi.yft files in the x64e.rpf folder? It's just that it's not specified (from what I can see) in any of the .txt files so I was just wondering. Thanks!
