I've not tried with bodyguards. But you could try having someone else in the front then try spawning bodyguards. It may or may not work
Changing the layout in vehicles meta to <layout>LAYOUT_PLANE_MILJET</layout> enables the passenger cabin seats to work
I cried when I first got this in-game. I'm a big fan of the 200Adv. Particularly running this in the Southwest Canyon Blue livery is so unique. I wish the passenger seats in the cabin worked.
