@jackrobot that sounds server-side/internet-side. Does your screen freeze for a few seconds?
For all those who are too lazy to bother downloading and trying it out for yourself. The tool does work on the Gunrunning DLC, managed to host a solo session for myself and no randoms have joined. No you will not get banned, its a Firewall thing, not an in-game thing.
