@Dreamsky Alright quick question. The carcols.meta file and the vehicles.meta files. What is the raw data that you changed with in the original. I already have a modded car in the game using these files. I would like to use both cars but have to combine the 2 files. There is way to much info inside the file for me do figure out what I need to take from your file and add it to the cars files. help on this would be appreciated.
I had the same problem. But I educated myself a little on this one. I use the Mod Manager to install all my mods (great app) and so when creating the folder for it I didn't make a secondary "scripts" folder. I thought only .lua files went in scripts but it turns out .dll files do too. So make sure you are placing it in the scripts folder. I hope this helps. @nicklas023

I have this loaded and nothing comes up on the map. Do you have to be to a certain point in the story mode before it will unlock.
