@rayamit RDE changes the vehicles on the roads, expect some MP vehicles cruising around.
@MittensMCMuffin if your game is crashing once reaching the sixth star, do this : Load up Menyoo, and set your wanted level to five stars. Freeze your wanted level too. It should go up to six stars while frozen at five stars without the game crahsing.
What about a version with just like a repaired motel and trailers? Sandy Shores was always a trailer park, but its real life equivalent, the Salton Sea, was a popular vacation spot. It seems more likely that there would be more hotels and fixed up trailers than apartments if you are trying to bring it back to its glory days.

I see a lot of people's games are crashing at the 6th star. Mine is too. If the team could fix it, that'd be great.

EDIT : Very new to this mod, but got the textures fixed.
Very realistic, I like it. The issue is that map mods no longer work with it. The game crashes while loading, because I installed the mod San Fierro + Las Venturas. Help, anyone?
Also, maybe I'm not looking hard enough for answers, but some of my FIB agents' textures are loading wrong. For example, their pant texture is their shirt or their belt texture is their legs. (model is s_m_m_fibsec_01)
