AddonPeds Editor creates a ap_m.xml under the administrator account, instead of the logged in user. This is a major oversight, which had me banging my head for an hour when i tried to install addonpeds on my kids their PC and it would always show an empty ped list.
unfortunately I Had to install 3 different other mods to get this working. it would crash the game to desktop on loading screen every time I loaded any ped.
