I forgot to mention if you have not have to had start the game online dont because you have going to have the force update to even start the game so keep it off line if you have not yet installed Redux or using the Script Hook V not 100 % sure of this but my theory .
I think the new update has something to do with the crashing of the game.... I load my up and as soon as the loading screens come up i get a crash..... I have 4 different back ups all clean all for crash after installing Redux and i think is has to do with the Script Hook V it might need to be update
