@ItsAlenCraft have you tried installing HeapAjuster https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster & Packfile Limiter? https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster place them both in your main dir; then open PackfileLimiter.ini and change value to 50000 and chane HeapAjuster.ini to 2000.
OpenIV installs the latest dinput8.dll.
