Nevermind I found how to fix it, it seems that 'debug balls' are turned on by default so turn it off after you reload the menu
There seems to be multiple bowling balls floating around the vehicle how to fix?
maybe you have also installed the included update.rpf file, if you have done that then it may be very difficult to uninstall the mod @Inferno3248A
