Since I have Natural Vision installed does that mean I can't use the car and doors version? I would have to replace the ENB files, correct? Any way to merge them?

Hey Rippler, I have a question. I'm not a modder by any means, however I'm trying to figure out how to make all firearms in the game, minus handguns and shotguns, penetrate more than one body. There is somebody else's mod named Real'O Weaponry that does this. However, once again I don't want handguns to blow through two or more people. Which files would I find values to edit penetration? Would it be in the weapons.meta and also all the DLC weapons folder? Sorry if I'm a bit ignorant in how to ask how to do this. I just want your mod with added bullet penetration to NPCs and I can't find that anywhere else.
