So to everyone having problems booting the game after the patch update OPEN IV delete old asi files
apply new one then install script hook plus native trainer if you wish best to delete old files first but just replacing them should work then go back to OPEN IV and update the UPDATE file,OPEN IV know when your folder is old and it should tell you when you go there and click edit mode once you update that no more crashes game loads fine and confirmed mods are working enjoy guys hope i was clear
