This is pretty cool, Id like to see a huge "graffiti overhaul" mod that adds replaces most of the stuff in the game with burners from all the active heads in la while also adding a slew of tags and throws all placed appropriately (this would be critical). @UTAPOUT would be a nice resource for this idea. There are a lot of immovable objects that would look great with graff. ie the back of billboards. Id probably do it myself but I don't know the first thing about modding.. If it was done right It could add a lot of realism to the game and you wouldn't need to be a writer to appreciate it.
