GTA V keeps redownloading files removing the mods of the game files using Rockstar version.

I've ran into a problem where GTA V redownloads the rpf file replacing the mod. Any fix to this?

I actually got it working using a mod launcher now.

How do you run in offline mode? Seems to redownload for me too using the non steam rockstar version.
