CTRL+F11 does nothing and SHIFT+F11 pulls up violations but I’m not getting pulled over, please help???

@Smokinjoe401 Ok thanks man, i also have this problem with some cars, where the car becomes all messed up when u get a certain distance away from it, it isnt for this car in particular but it has occured with some of my other ones. Any ideas how i can fix that?
@Smokinjoe401 Hey man could u explain that car wheel distance thing to me please, im getting the same problem with the wheels not showing up from a certain distance :/
