To others, once you download. To access the Mod Menu press F4. If nothing happens use CTRL+F4. To control the Menu use; 8=up 2=down 6=right 5=ENTER and 0=BACK. You MAY need to use the NUMBER PAD and make sure you turn on/off "NUMBER LOCK'. I am NO WAY an expert in this as I just started yesturday and seems I wasnt the only one having a little trouble getting started.
so i just downloaded GTA for my pc... played first mision to get to where i can walk around. then I downloaded this and when i hit F4 nothing happens? is there something I am missing? Is it patched? please help. thanks
