you can still see the 'Liberty City Salamanders' and 'Shrimps' on the replacement tops..
2 years later and I'm back on GTA...still one of the best mods I've ever seen!
@Synx is anyone else having problems with floating textures from original files?
@CSYON Neither. I used the 'mods folder' method and copied the x64e file into the mods folder..
@CSYON this is the only mod that doesn't work..all other texture/add-on/replace mods work except these number plate mods, so I don't see how the problem is on my side..
one of the simplest and best mods i've seen in a long time..

for some reason I can't get these plates to work...this is the second number plate mod that just won't work for me...
