i think it works for me, i only put ptl_combat.awc in "weapons_player.rtf" because i use realgunsound oiv so i tried first ur method and there's no sound, then i re install rgs oiv then only put pl_combat and i think it's worked

Since i downloaded this mod, npc don't react anymore. Even gangs don't shoot me, they don't care when i kill one of them.
I think the mod didn't even work, so i delete the "naturalmotion" like it's says in description but same problem with npc
