So, It's a fake or the author was doing bad his Audio Modifications

I want explication ! Before (before the fake installation) I was happy, it was a good Siren Modifications, but when I do the installation ... my hapiness was disapearing ...
Nothing to say ...
But I rate 4,5 files, 0,5 for the missing of the good explication
