if you guys using the scripthookvdotnet that was released by 'Corsire', you guys are using the wrong shvdotnet. the one that you gonna be using is the one released by 'kagikn' (https://github.com/scripthookvdotnet/scripthookvdotnet#readme)
(I used the one released by 'kagikn' and it works properly)
