This look actually nothing like peep, Crybaby tat stretched to shit on the head you could of bent it to actually fit within the UV. More like a sims character with peep tats
Cool layout, But it looks more like PNGS slapped onto a face texture. You could of added some transparency plus some other effects to make it look less flat and more into the skin.
