Both method requires RWP.
Optional: Download Death Animations mod and Don't Writhe! mod for more real-life ragdoll
After messing around a little bit, the best way to experience this mod is
1. Download 1.5 version and 1.3 version
2. Then install the 1.5 version OIV
3. Open 1.3 version OIV via WinRAR
4. Open Content/Common
5. Put pedhealth.meta into mods/common.rpf/data
6. Then go to mods/x64a.rpf/data/tune
7. Open 1.3 version OIV via WinRAR again
8. Open Content/tune
9. Put the 1.3 version its physicstasks.ymt into mods/x64a.rpf/data/tune
10. DONE!

If you installed RWP(Realistic Weapon Play ), but use the "Install this if you don't use RWP" pedhealth meta, it makes this mod way more realistic! give this one a try!
