Could the trains drive like in Nervious Ron (where train drives from Paleto Bay to Sandy Shores), Arms Trafficking Air missions and Derailed mission in mod?

I'd like to have a variant without a SWAT letter (is it copyrited?), i think it would better to remove SWAT livery part.
