I watched it and I have version 3274 so you need script hook 3274 & ScripthookVDotnet v3.60 Nightly 114 because scripthookvdotnet v3.60 no longer works for gta 5 version of 3274. As well you will need to download DOWNLOAD MODS FOLDER UPDATED in video and aswell Gamconfig 33. Hope this helps
