Remove the file NativeTrainer.asi from your game folder.
@obada_aj Go to your "mods" folder and move update.rpf to another location and try to launch the game. Then you will know if the error is in that file

Rockstar updated the file update.rpf, which means the old update.rpf inside the folder "mods" that contains moded files is conflicting with the new one. The solution is to delete it and copy the new one and reapply the mods.
I have the Rockstar Social Club version (non steam) and the only files that got updated were GTAV.exe, GTAVLauncher.exe and update/update.rpf which I replaced with the ones I had saved from version 1.0.944 and it all works fine.
@Fr0zzty23 Did you name your mod after Romero's Aftermath ?
@Willief23 My friend, the reason for having a "mods" folder is so you let "OpenIV" create a copy of the original files before you modify them and save it in that folder to then modify the copy. That way you leave the original files intact and when the launcher starts and it checks for file integrity, its all good. If the laucher keeps on downloading files everytime you start the game, then you've been modifying the original files which beats the purpose of the folder "mods".
@Bluemanclarinet3 dinput8.dll also known as ASI loader is the responsible to load files with the extension .asi basically the majority of mods and trainers are based on asi files.
I dont have steam either. I block GTAV from my firewall
@kierandoesmedia While steam is open, click on Steam / Go offline...
and it will restart in offline mode
