5mods on Discord
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE INSTALLED MOD BUT IT'S NOT SHOWING UP IN GAME:
- (in OpenIV) navigate to GTA V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data >
- turn on edit mode
- locate "dlclist.xml"
- open the file and scroll to the end
- paste "<Item>dlcpacks:\rca\</Item>" on a new line below the last existing row with the <Item>. . .</Item> tags
- save and close
