GTAModsManager is a lightweight GTA V mod manager that cleanly separates Vanilla from modded profiles.
Junctions for "mods/" and "scripts/", file symlinks (or copy fallback) for root overlays (e.g., dinput8.dll, .asi).
Includes a Vanilla baseline and a Diff (ADDED / CHANGED / REMOVED), Backups, Profile Import/Export, and Light/Dark theme.

Remembers GTA path and theme
Install:
Extract the zip and run GTAModsManager.exe (self-contained).
Select your GTA V folder and create the "Vanilla" baseline.
Create/activate a profile and place your mods in it.
Online note: Do not use mods in GTA Online. Switch to Soft Vanilla before launching.
Requirements: Windows 10/11 x64, GTA V (Steam/RGL).

Hey, when I select the game directory, it prompts to scan, and then the software freezes.
@JoyLucien Hi! Thanks for the report.
On v1, when you select the game folder the app starts a full baseline scan, and some heavy tasks (scan/diff, backup, import/export) run on the UI thread. The window can look frozen while it’s working, but the operation is still running and will finish—please keep the app open until it becomes responsive again.
A small update is coming to run these tasks in the background and show a progress indicator to avoid this “freeze” effect.
