this is SubZero Suit for JulioNIB Superman script

first you need to install Superman V2 script
to create enemies you need the patreon version https://www.patreon.com/posts/gta-5-ultimate-45982595
then you need to install the peds using this script https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
