It really bothered me how R* did this for MP Female but not for MP Male...
Port of mp_g_m_vagfun_01 shirt, pants and boots, with few additional textures. Maybe at some point i'll do the suit as well.
Bottom:

Things To Note
-Compression really ruins the textures on the pants, you can change it to a different slot if you wish to get rid of the compression, it's a thing rockstar has hardcoded.
