This is my first texture mod for a players face, there is bound to be bugs and some are to prone.

Installation:
1.) Download OpenIV
2.) Turn on edit mode
3.) Click 64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamdpeds_players.rpf > player_two
4.) Double click head_diff_000_a_whi.ytd
5.) Make sure you click Replace on the top right hand corner.
6.) Replace it with the .PNG that was in your download, then click save.
7.) Click export selected and replace it with .DDS file that was in your download folder. Then click save.
Chest Texture:
1.) Click 64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamdpeds_players.rpf > player_two
2.) Double click uppr_diff_016_a_uni and click replace
3.) Click save and then start your game up!
UPDATE BETA: HEAD/FACE SCARS REMOVED
UPDATE 1.1: CHEST SCARS REMOVED
UPDATE 1.2: SCARS FIXED ON HANDS, CERTAIN SCARS COULD NOT BE REMOVED; FIXED NAILS.

Finished on his hands, unless there is something else needed updating or fixing. Until then no more updates.
I already did this for every single texture involving his skin but good job
Nice fix.... but knowing Trevor he'll get new scars very quick again.
I'm going to work on his chest and or body to remove some of the damage to him update possibly sometime today or tomorrow.
@NubForSale You should edit the Normal Maps and speculars too , since they still have the scars
they are inside head_000_r
