ATTENTION: The development of the standalone versions of CW The Flash themed skins is stopped, all the new skins will be included in the new pack by our team - CW The Flash DLC. It has all current CW The Flash skins as one DLC, provided with .OIV package and special menu to make the installation and in-game usage easier.

Installation:
1.Run OpenIV.
2.Place jbib_diff_009_a_uni.ytd to update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist_streamedpeds.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_female_heist.
3.Place lowr_diff_002_a_whi.ytd to x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mphipster\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mphipster.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_female_freemode_hipster\lowr_diff_002_a_whi.ytd
4.Place feet_diff_009_a_uni.ytd to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01\feet_diff_009_a_uni.ytd
Don't forget to create backups!
I recommend to use Menyoo to easily find every part of the suit, also you can save it as an outfit to wear it even more quickly.

@br0ken1g Me and Barak101 currently try to rework it into Jessie Quick skin. The work goes quite slow because of the lack of good pics of the suit, but I hope to finish it anyway.

@fury177 Thanks, but compare to my latest skins this one is kinda trashy. I want to remake it to Jesse Quick for a long time, but the lack of pics which I could actually use in the texture doesn't let me finish it. Also I would like to find a better model for it since nowdays ported peds are posible.
