I want to ask a question that how did you make this hat, I mean that I am a beginner and I want to know that how to make thease type of hat mods I have the 3d model but I don't know that how to use it in GTA V.

@Games24 its alot to explain you need 3ds max and open iv and gims evo first so get those

@TechSoft Station you can rig hats they will be hair if you do it that way though if you want it as a hat rig it using a hat the player wears you want it for

Thanks for your help friend. I watched all the GTA V modding tutorials available on the internet and now I have successfully converted a Indian turban 3D model for franklin. It is working without any bugs thanks for your help.
