The deadly beaut arrived to LS streets !
This is GTA version of her made in Skin Control (Freemode Female/mp_f_freemode_01), there might be some mistakes (such as no back tattoo or you can say not similar). Nobody is perfect, I tried my best.

Usage as your character:
You need Neutrinobeam's Skin Control. If you have it, just copy and paste Natalie's codes from downloaded file to your Skin Control.ini folder.
Open Skin Control>Load>Select Natalie

You cannot include the skin control asi itself with your mod Also, you need rto specify where the Natalie ped model can be gotten.
@meimeiriver It's just a freemode female character creation, Users who have skin control can load and use it. There are dozens of creations with and mine gets rejected ? Anyway, I removed the asi folder and put an usage guide.
@ThatDecentMarksman We simply do not want modders to include other ppl's mods, is all. Anyway, Approved it now.
She looks good but I don’t know anything about this way of using add-peds. Sounds difficult. 😣
@Starfox1993 You need Skin control. Find it and download it. Put Skin Control.ini and Skin Control.asi folders to your GTA V directory. Download this mod and open this file's .ini folder. You will see the name and some numbers (Starts with <Natalie>2627665880. Copy that entire line. After that, paste to your own .ini folder. Open GTA V, press F10, (navigate with arrow keys, enter to confrim, backspace to go back) Load, and Select Natalie.
