I wanted this model to have more stuff but for now I can't be bothered, definetly gonna change my mind in the future but! I'm glad I got to do it it was a challenge for me and I'm happy with the result.

3. Put the files in the zip in here
"mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>DLC.rpf>peds.rpf>"
4. add it on the list in addonpeds (remember this is a streamed ped)
5. Ingame press L if you have the selector or Open Menyoo (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp) go to "player options>change models>favorites>addmodel" write in the name of the model
6. Enjoyy
