In OpenIV go to: "GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01" and replace: jbib_diff_002_d_uni.ytd
A backup file is included inside.

Hey I found the solution for this!. The path is wrong.
Real path: GTA/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday15ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday15ng.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01
Works for me...
