Installation (Add-on)
1) In the zip file, there's a single folder which is named after the ped. Put all files within said folder into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
2) Before running your game, open AddonPeds Editor 3 (or manually edit apm xml file if you prefer). In the AddonPeds Editor, add new ped and name it the exact name of the ped (same as folder name inside zip file). Set it to Female and (Is Streamed) to False
3) Then press REBUILD (ped won't spawn in-game if this step is skipped).
4) Once done, open up GTA V, use Asi Pedselector (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector), or your favorite trainer, or Menyoo to type in the exact ped name to spawn.

You have no textures for the 001 set
@crudulous. Thanks pointing that out. Rookie mistake.
I uploaded an older, otdated ytd file instead of the one you can see working in the video posted.
Update v1.1 awaiting admin approval.
The current download version (1.1) should now correct the missing/incorrect textures issue. The wrong texture dictionary had been uploaded.

Looks good. One issue is with the eye lashes just a mesh block. Are they set ped for the shader and ped_hair_cutout_alpha. in textures? Other than that very nice.

@Nivinha You're welcome. Your work is very well done. That's why they probable used it. Because skirts are a real pain to get right, especially with the weights.
@Johnny65 thanks for liking the model. On the issue you mentioned about the eyelashes, I've just gone over the files I uploaded for version 1.1 and I can't see the error. Just so we're on the same page, when you watch the very beginning of the video (which shows her head up-lose), is the issue there?
@figomago I don't see the issue in the video. There's really no close up shotts to really notice. But from what I did see in the video from a distance they look correct. The eyelashes on Selena work correctly. Maybe you can compare the textures and see what may be different. I tried opening the .ydd in 3D max to see if I could see what the issue is. But for some reason I keep getting a mesh error code and it won't load the model. Usually when I see this issue it's because there is no ped_hair_cutout_alpha set for the hair or eyelashes in textures. That's why I mentioned it.
@johnny65 Thanks, I'll look into it some more. I used ped_alpha for the lashes in Sollumz, by the way. I have a long story for another time about my allergy to 3DS Max.
