This is a simple 1 outfit ped that I made for myself and am now sharing with you. Although this is only one outfit, I added an extra hair color and 2 alternate outfit colors for you amusement.
--//-- UPDATES --//--
Version 2.0 comes with (hopefully) fixes for FiveM. If you play in Brazilian servers, you shouldn't have any problem with the previous file. However, something in the framework of other countries was causing texture issues. Since I cannot test the ped under those circumstances (I do not have a test base for those frameworks), I did my best to try and fix it without being able to test it.
---- KNOWN BUGS ---
The facial movement is lacking in quality. This was made for myself, so I wasn't too perfectionist about it. The main standout is how when she "smiles", she actually frowns hahhaa. I might fix that one day, or might not.
---- FIVEM INSTALLATION ----
Place the whole FIVEM folder within your server's RESOURCES folder, rename it to "LIANA_TeenFlor" and add "ensure LIANA_TeenFlor" on your server.cfg file. To set the ped to a particular person, you need to have a skin shop script, but the usual command for that is "/skin ID "nameofskin"
---- SINGLE PLAYER INSTALLATION ----
Requirements: AddonPeds by Meth0d
Installation:
- Using OpenIV, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
- Run AddonPeds (Run as admin)
- Click "New Ped" input the name "LIANA_TeenFlor"
- Set Ped Type to "Female" and Is streamed "True".
- press REBUILD.
- Done!

@ItsMeLiana Is this ped 'streamed'? I set it to the usual 'false' and it crashes the game in SP. Interesting how you're bent about a potential 'bikini version' when the game specifically states it's for 'Mature Audiences.' Sure, the ped 'represents a 16 year-old' to you. In the end though, it's just a 'doll' and you've put it in an 'adult' video game....

@iammistahwolf It is streamed. :) Whatever you do to your game and your characters is your business, but since I specifically asked for you guys to not be creepy about it IN THE FIRST SENTENCE of the mod, it is quite funny that you can't control yourselves.

For some reason if it works but the character is invisible nothing appears if I can change and everything else (the steps are heard).
That could be happening?
Try to put it in True and False and nothing works for me I can't see the "ped".

@ItsMeLiana Sorry I'm stupid, I wasn't copying the entire folder inside peds.rpf, I only copied the 2 loose files that's why it was invisible XD

@ItsMeLiana What I do have problems with is that when I exit the game "EPICGAMES" GTA V is still running and it does not appear in the task manager anywhere to force it to close, I have to restart the PC to fix it :(

sometimes character is invisible. The .ymt has to many entries for non existing textures. You can fix it with ymt Editor by removing the unused entries

If you're not using vrp, esx or creative frameworks and you were having issues with the face texture, please try the new version (2.0) and give me feedback on if it fixed it or not! I unfortunately cannot test it under your particular framework, so I depend on you guys to test it for me!
