You Need this Model for this to work: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/hoodies-collection, the new update is the same thing but i edited the red one and added a white part inside the C in the logo. You can see the difference in the new picture i added

3.Turn on Edit Mode
4.Drag and drop the .ytd file into the directory
