something is not right my dude.. When i place it ingame, it's the default ped, basically it's not reskinned.
@sergeantFrank try putting it in patchday 10, dlc.rpf, x64, models, patchday10ng if that doesnt work also try patch day 14 installation would be the same.
i always mod in pday9, and nothing wrong ever with anything.
Its not reskinned my guy, it is the original ped model
