Installation:
1.Open OpenIV
2.Select Grand Theft Auto V
3.turn ON Edit mode
4.Enter file x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_player.rpf/player_one
5.Drag the "uppr_diff_015_g_uni.ytd"
6.Exit and enjoy.

I also put a backup file if you don't like the change.
