2) Replace police4.ytd in replace/unmarked with the Estonian file.
3) Install the car files to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
4) Install the police4.xml to your els folder
