First skin/mod. Not the best but I hope you all enjoy my love for pepe.
INSTALLATION
Step 1 - Download OpenIV
Step 2 - go to this location in OpenIV - GTA V > x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
Step 3 - Drag the two files in to that file (Backup original if you want, originals are already in the file supplied.)
Step 4 - Enjoy The Pepe Blimp :)
(MAY BE ADDING MORE PICTURES OF PEPE IDK COMMENT IF YOU WANT ANY OTHER TYPE OF STYLES)
