This is a retexture of the Zodiac MK II By bobmat4. The vehicles files are included, so just drag and drop into your directory. The vehicle it replaces has been changed, from an addon vehicle in the original to 'dinghy' in this version. I have included the skin in the download so that if you use the dlc version then you can use OpenIV to put the skin in.
I have also included meta files, but using them will involve you editing your game meta files.

@swimmingdude2014 I’m guessing you’re going to have the larger of our lifeboats included with this? Thank you so much! I’ve been waiting for someone to do the RNLI for ages.. I’m not going to download till you’ve released everything, can’t wait!!
@BlueRedBlueCSG When Coastal Callouts is released, i'll release the rest of the skins because the models won't be released until Coastal is released.
