Download Vehicle Pack in the pictures here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/14985-lspd-pack-els/
To install go to the vehicle you want to be changed over in your directory. open the YTD file in OpenIV. Find the livery (usually has the name Sign_1 with it) and use the replace button to replace the textures.
DO NOT RE-UPLOAD ANYWHERE!!

@officerhirni I've been looking for someone to make skins for the Medina City Police Department (Ohio)! We currently use the Explorer Interceptor. Used to use the Crown Vic as well. Would you be able to adapt the design from the Crown Vic to a Charger?

@officerhirni Yes, sir, both photos are correct. Our FPIU uses a different scheme than our now-retired CVPIs did. If you could adapt the CVPI scheme for the Charger and the FPIU scheme for a Tahoe that would be fantastic!! Thank you in advance!
