If you download the texture mini pack you will receive a texture designed for a slicktop Taurus and another for another unmarked Taurus. Link for the vehicle is down below. Also real life pictures are in the file for you to see the resemblance. Also ingame pics are provided. Hope you enjoy the textures.
Installation:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). Lets say for example that you want to replace this with police. First search up police in top right corner. Now click police.ytd. Look for tau_sign_1 and replace that. Now exit and save. The texture should now be in your game enjoy!

Good effort overall.
Need to fix that font, resize "police" on the trunk, and unit number needs to be moved over the headlight.

I don't know what department it belongs to, but it has Nevada plates and the uploader states that it is LVMPD.
wong side font ruins the whole painjob and makes it unusable ingame. Also why a unmarked skin lol
@DevinKan i'll look into that, and LVMPD uses unmarked skin on vehicles like the Taurus.

@NicholasCage That is Taxi Authority. Not LVMPD, whoever uploaded didn't seem to know.
@JaiTheGamer58 Well, the font is not correct on the sides and the back. The video you provided was when they were testing the LVMPD Taurus, it ended up becoming an HQ vehicle only and doesn't have the old Vic style to it... You are also missing the Crime Stoppers logo on the window and the 311 logo on the in-correct position.
P.S. They never had slicktop Taurus's and your LVMPD Unmarked texture is Taxi Authority.

@BlueSteel I made it as it was shown, exception is the crimestoppers logo. However I could not find an accurate lightbar thus slicktop.I don't know if LVMPD was testing the Taurus however it was shown on Google Imgs so I assume they used it.
@BlueSteel also what are you saying about taxi authority. Please explain that, also it's unmarked.
@JaiTheGamer58 The taurus was a testing vehicle, which is now a HQ that I said earlier. Your LVMPD white unmarked skin, that's taxi authority.
@BlueSteel ok i plan to fix the font today just explain this taxi authority to me. Are you talking about police cars that retire and become taxis? If so I've seem Crown Vics that become taxis not Taurus'.
@JaiTheGamer58 Your white unmarked Taurus texture, that is Taxi Authority. Taxi Authority is like Taxi Police, they drive white unmarked Tauru's with uniforms that look like the old NHP Blue's.
