Replace the downloaded vehshare.ytd to the one in: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ folder
For new images, you can open vehshare.ytd and replace the plate images with any of plate0x.png
