Hello,
1.6.15 22:05 - Added pictures of all the vehicles, except for the polmav and the Teboil trailer
1.6.15 23:50 - Added A FEMA Ambulance
2.6.15 1:25 - Added a Snowy FEMA Stockade (replaces the Bobcat security one) and the I also added a San Andreas Highway Patrol Granger (replaces the Sheriff Granger)
2.6.15 17:06 - Added a San Andreas State Police Granger. (It isn't that much but I was bored. :b + Also added a Fire Chief Granger since I forgot it from the first version.
2.6.15 19:46 - Added a San Andreas Highway Patrol Cruiser (replaces Sheriff cruiser)
3.6.15 15:00 - Added instuctions how to install the SAHP cars and added Finnish Mule Textures
3.6.15 19:40 - Replaced the self-made SAHP Granger and Cruiser with self-made SASD Granger and SASD Cruiser. Also added the FEMA Boxville which has the lights on it.
This is my first texture pack for GTA V, so criticism is appreciated.
This is my first texture mod for GTA V, which currently includes:
Fire Chief Granger (pgranger), Teboil fuel trailer, New York State Police Rancher and Esperanto (policeold1 and policeold2), Securitas Prius, Fema Boxville (boxville3, sadly, I did not get this to work), Noose Polmav (replaces the air ambulance, and this isn't working either), A modified Police Enforcer (riot, this is working), a Lapin Kulta (Finnish Beer) truck trailer (trailer3)
That is all.
All of these are created by me and I made 'em a mod pack.
Use OpenIV to install
Remember to create backups!!!!!!!

What program are you using with the vehicles in it? And what do you do with that program? Are you editing the textures inside there?
@Ginqerbred I use OpenIV to export and replace the texture files. And to edit the texture files, I use paint.net. :)
can someone make a New york state police skin for the Stanier or a non snowy version of the 2 snow police cars
@Jtreign9097 I can try, but about the Esperato and the Rancher... We can not remove the snow yet.
@Kaius Thats fine..if anything the Stanier for now as a different livery since i think u can add new liverys to existing cars so it doesnt interfere with the existing liverys
