fisrt you need original model by imtaj: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ducati-1199-panigale-add-on-tunable-imtaj
then replace the file d99 in original file you just downloaded
udate>x64>dlcpatch>d99
install:
in ReadMe file from original model
in game just pressing double e for flashing backtail, use trainer to select second exhaust for akrapovic exhaust
backup the original d99 because some detail like chain gonna be blue and it look terrible in race version
